We are looking for an ambitious Head Chef to lead our bakery team at our Wapping Wharf Store, Bristol Harbourisde. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind a culture of excellence, overseeing the production of our signature viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.
The Role:

Team Development: Manage recruitment, performance, and the ongoing growth of our skilled kitchen team.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a production standard that reflects the Mokoko brand.
The Ideal Candidate: An experienced Head Chef or a senior Sous Chef ready for their next step. You should have a deep appreciation for artisanal baking and a proven track record of managing teams.
Work-Life Balance: We encourage a healthy work life balance so our working patterns are based on a five day week between Monday to Sunday starting from 5:00am.
